10 lunges w/PVC pass thrus
10 K2E (knees to elbow)
5 pull ups
10 wall squats
x2
WOD, 7 Rounds for time:
12 thrusters
9 T2B
200m run w/20lb medicine ball (I did the rower)
I used 55lbs and finished in 20:49! It was HARD!
