CROSSFIT.

Joint Mobility
Then...
10 Step Ups
10 Good Mornings
10 Push Ups
5 Pull Ups

WOD, 7 rounds for time:
7 deadlifts (I did 125lbs)
7 L Pull ups (I did normal, assisted pull ups)

I finished in 11:10.

Finisher, for time:
200m Sprint/row
15 squats
x3

I finished in 4:11
