5 Kips
5 Pull Ups

Then...
5 Burpees
100m Sprint
30 Sec Rest

WOD, "Fran":
21-15-9
Thrusters (I did 65lbs)
Pull Ups (they were assisted, with the black band)
I was really nervous to do "Fran"...everyone told me how horrendous it is...I did it!! My time was 7:15!!!
