CROSSFIT.

50 Jumping Jacks
Joint Mobility
Then...
10 Squats
10 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
10 Good Mornings w/35lbs
x2

Pre-Wod, 3-3-3-3:
Deadlifts (50%, then 60%, then 70%, then 80% of you total max weight)

WOD, 4 rounds for time:
400m run/500m row
50 Squats/50 KB Swings

I did the 500m row and kettlebell swings. Not only do I think this was easier on my knees, but it was also the tougher workout...at least for me. It was LONG...I finished in 15:43!!!
