Day 1007

CROSSFIT.

Today was TOUGH! So tough that one person threw up PRIOR to the 'hard' part!!

Warm Ups:
Joint Mobility
then...
20 walking lunges (I only lasted the first round of 15, leg didn't agree so I skipped the rest)
10 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
x2

1 Round -
High Knees
Butt Kickers
Toy Soldiers

WOD, For time:

8 Rounds -
11 burpee barbell deadlifts
200m Run (I did 200m on the row machine instead)

You read that right...eight long rounds. In the beginning, he asked us each how many rounds we thought we could finish. He told a guy (his first day, same guy that didn't make it and threw up) that he was to try to finish 3 rounds. He looked at me, asked me what I thought I could do...I strongly stated, "EIGHT." And he held me to it...ouch. My time was 18:09. Not bad...one guy didn't even start, and out of the three of us, I was second. I did the best I could, THAT is for sure!!
