Day 1027

CROSSFIT.

Warm up:
400m run/row (only once)
Joint mobility
Then...
10 burpees
10 Ring pulls
10 Good mornings
10 PVC pull thrus
100m run/walk
x2

WOD, 7 rounds for time "Whittman":
15 Kettlebell swings (35lb'er)
15 Power clean (65lbs)
15 box jumps (I did step ups)

I finished SECOND today!!! There were 8 of us today, too!! 21:56 was my time!
