Day 1009

CROSSFIT.

Warm Up (x2):
(Only Once) Joint Mobility
400m run (I did 400m on the rower)
10 squats
10 pull ups
10 inch worms
10 spider lunges (I skipped these)


WOD for time:
50 Double Unders (I did regular jump rope, 150 times)
40 Kettlebell swings
30 T2B (toe to bar...but I wasn't able to do those, so I did knee lifts)
20 box jumps (or step ups)
10 Thrusters
20 box jumps (or step ups)
30 T2B
40 kettlebell swings
50 double unders

My time (with the adjustments) was 15:19. Most who did the entire workout finished anywhere from 17 minutes to 19 minutes.
