CROSSFIT.
Warm up:
100 jump ropes (only one time)
Joint Mobility
then...
15 squats
10 Burpees
15 Double unders
10 PVC Overs
x2
We then had 20 minutes to do one rep of our max snatch. I did 75lbs which isn't my best from before surgery, but far better then I expected!
WOD, 7 minutes to:
30 Burpees
30 Snatches
(repeat if you can, over and over)
I didn't realize the "repeat" part until it was over! Oops! To be honest, with my knee, I'm only capable to do the 'step back' version of the burpee which adds time! I think I finished with only 20 seconds left anyway!!
