10 Squats
10 OHS with PVC
10 PVC overs
10 Kips

WOD, 5 rounds for time:
12 Push Press (55lbs)
20 Double Unders (or 60 Jump Ropes)
8 Squat Snatch (55lbs)
I didn't finished last today!!! Time was 18:15 with three MEN still going after me...but yes, six others finished before me. Something to strive for!!! Woot, woot!
