Warm up:
400m Run (or row)
Joint Mobility
then...
20 Medicine Ball squats
10 Push Ups
25 Double Unders (or 75 jump rope)
x2
WOD, 21-15-9 reps for time:
Power Cleans (I used the 35lb barbell, 15lb weight on each side)
Thrusters (same weight as Power Cleans)
I finished last today, 12:19.
Finisher:
50 Scissors (count 1, 2, 3, #1; 1, 2, 3, #2, etc)
25 Rocking boats
