Day 1108

CROSSFIT.

Warm up:
500m row
Joint mobility
Stretch OH to floor x10
Then...
5 pull ups
10 wall balls
10 PVC pass thru
x2

WOD, for time:
1000m row
50 thrusters (I used 35lbs)
30 pull ups

Finisher:
50 sit ups
50 flutter kicks (4 count = 1)
50 leg lifts

I finished at 10:32.  It is deceiving how exhausting this was!
