Other improvements were:
Bench Press (1RP Max): 125 pounds (Up 5 lbs)
Curls (5RP Max): 70 pounds (same)
Squats (5RP Max): 225lbs (Up 30 lbs)
Push Ups (2 Minutes): 48 (down 5, 20 were 'man' pushups)
Sit Ups (2 Minutes): 52 (down 4)
Bench Dips (2 Minutes): 56 (up 5)
Pull Ups (Til you drop): 11 (Up 4)
